C1, 107, Aygo
In 2014 we were looking to diversify in the type of car we offered and were looking to specialise in certain brands or models. The car that we kept coming back to for reliability, value and excellent running costs was the C1, 107 & Toyota Aygo which as most people know are exactly the same car. Since then we have become one of the areas, if not the south west’s leading suppliers and repairers of these cars.
They are all based on the Toyota which has excellent reliability, they also benefit from a timing chain (not a cam belt) so no issues of cam belt changes as they get older. This coupled with around 60 MPG and only being in a very low insurance group make them ideal for all. Not only do first time drivers like them due to the safety, reliability, insurance and running costs, but they also cross over for the second car and even commuting. We have sold many to take in daily trips to Bath, Bristol, Reading etc as their ease of parking coupled with all the points above make them ideal.
In this time our sales of this one type of car have been building, in the first two years we sold in excess of 150 of this type and they have become not only one of our best sellers but also a firm favourite here at BTC. We now have sold getting on for 500 and Because of this we feel very well positioned to offer expert advice whether it be on purchasing or indeed repairing. We keep up to 20 in stock at any one time and usually have something for all budgets. Unlike lots of other car dealers we also run our own workshops in conjunction with the car sales so are very well placed to offer free advice and guidance on all aspects of repair regarding these models. Due to the sheer number of cars we have sold, serviced and repaired, there are not many faults we have not encountered. Please contact us for help and advice.
We even run these as courtesy cars so when your car is with us you can use one of the same type free of charge (subject to insurance conditions).
